Skye’s Beach House Story

Scott always dreamed of having a beach house by the water, somewhere created for coastal escapes, good memories and time with the people who matter most. During the renovations, his loyal dog Skye was always by his side, often sitting on the balcony with the ocean view in front of her. Malua Bay became one of Skye’s favourite places, and that is how Skye’s Beach House came to be.

Upstairs Accommodation with Shared Amenities

• This booking is for the private upstairs apartment only.
• Guests have exclusive private use of the upstairs accommodation during their stay.
• The upstairs apartment has its own separate private entrance.
• The downstairs apartment is completely separate and may be booked by another guest group.
• The accommodation itself is not shared. Each guest group stays in their own private level of the home.
• Some property amenities are shared when both apartments are booked, including the games room, firepit area, spas, sauna, and outdoor/common areas.
• If the downstairs accommodation is also booked, shared amenities are to be used respectfully by both guest groups.
